    This is the best bacon I’ve ever had; the perfect blend between pork belly and regular slices of bacon. There is a lot of fat so be aware of splashes (I cover and cook med-low heat) which also means there will be grease for later. If you are looking to make an BLT, then this is your missing ingredient–you’re welcome!
