Was looking for more flavor. Haven’t had all cuts yet.

Oregon Valley Farm was so nice and communicative throughout the whole process. The order took an extra 2 weeks due to the volume of orders they had and they were nice enough to throw in an extra brisket for the wait. We will definitely be ordering again in a few months after we but a dent into our shipment. So far we have made pho from the beef bones, used the ground beef to make burgers, and used the chuck roast and we are amazed at the quality.

PAUSE… I am on the fence between super and amazing, the meat quality is fantastic and the flavor is amazing. I was very concerned with the packaging but so far this is turning out o be a great buy.

The meat is great, HOWEVER, YOU NEED to communicate way better with your customers.

we cooked that 8 lb brisket for 12 hr and enjoyed it for many days! we recognize the grass fed taste and are happy with the process. we really dont want to eat meat unless the cow has been raised in a natural environment, and this makes it a good experience all the way around.

Really great meat! wrapped beautifully and was frozen upon arrival. I would recommend this product to anyone. the only complaint is, the driver just left it on the front steps and did not knock or ring the bell. I had no idea how long it was there.

Great selection of meat and the quality speaks for itself it is amazing meat. Cooked a few beef tenderloins the day I received the package and my family told me to buy another 1/4 as soon as we can. Also the paying in half’s was pretty cool and really helpful.

I am so happy with this order, it was the first time I bought a 1/4 Beef, so I was not sure what to expect. Everything is vacuum wrapped even a 4 pound Brisket and a beautiful 2lb Tomahawk Steak. Flavor is awesome, I will do this again, maybe a whole side!

The meat is beyond delicious…..I would like the option to have it in butcher paper instead of plastic trying to eliminate as much plastics as possible.
