Lamb

Raised on lush pastures, our lambs enjoy a diet of fresh grass, which contributes to a tender, succulent quality that is second to none. This natural diet ensures the lamb meat is nutrient-rich and packed with essential vitamins, giving it a distinct, delicious flavor that is both healthy and satisfying.

Elevate your meals with our high-quality lamb, a true delight for your taste buds!

Conventional VS Grass Fed Lamb

There are two ways to raise lambs: the conventional way and the grass-fed way. Conventional lambs live in small spaces, eat a lot of corn and soy, and get medicine often to keep them from getting sick. But this isn’t good for them or the environment.

Grass-fed lambs, however, live outside where they can move around and eat grass, which is better for them. They don’t need as much medicine because they’re healthier. This way is also better for the environment.

So, choosing between usual and grass-fed lamb affects your health, the lamb’s health, and the health of our planet.

  • 74 percent of lamb and mutton consumed in the US is imported from New Zealand and Australia. 65% of American lamb go to feedlots and are grain finished.
  • All our lambs are 100% American small farm raised here in the Pacific Northwest on lush pastures all their lives eating grass, clover and otherforage that are grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilizer.
  • They are never treated with hormones or antibiotics.
  • our lamb ranchers are also certified by Global Animal Partnership. ( humane)
