Chicken skins make delicious keto/carnivore chips! You can flavor them so many different ways and they are really easy to prepare and cook.
Here’s how we do it:
Preheat your oven to 350F
Make sure the chicken skins are dry (pat with paper towel if necessary). Spread them out in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle generously with seasonings of choice (I used Redmond Real Salt, fresh ground pepper, paprika and garlic salt).
Bake 35-40 minutes until the chicken skins are turning brown and getting crispy.
These are so great to dip in sauces! Such a good appetizer or snack. Chicken skins are great to include on your keto or carnivore protocol as they have zero carbs, offer a good amount of healthy fat and protein as well.
You can also grill chicken skins, smoke them or even cook them in your air fryer!
