Nutrient-dense muscle. There is some fat around the heart that cooks down like beef bacon…my goodness! Anywho, if you love chicken-gizzards or chicken hearts, then you would love this. There arrived two hearts of different sizes. We made a stew with carrots and mushrooms–amazing. Gulped the broth. Filling. Definitely will be a regular staple in our home.
