How to Use the Subscription Modification (Beta)

At Oregon Valley Farm, we’re excited to introduce our new Subscription Modification feature—now in beta!

This feature allows you to manage and customize your subscription with ease, giving you more flexibility and control over your orders.

Follow the steps below to modify your subscription quickly and easily.

Step 1

Go to your my account page after logging in and you will see a mini dashboard with multiple links on the left side.

Step 2

Click on the Subscriptions link and you will be taken on a page which will list all your subscriptions.

Step 3

Click “Modify” button to customize your subscription and you will be taken to a page which lists all the paid  and free promotional products that you had in that subscription.

On the subscription modification page you can easily add or remove products from your subscription.

Step 4 – Add a product

To add a product, just enter a few words related to the product you are looking for. For example you might want to add a beef product so you may want to type “beef” in the add product dropdown field and a list of available beef products will popup on the screen. Select the product you want just like we are selecting “American Wagyu Sample” in the example shown below and press Add Product.

The system will take a few seconds and reload the page and you will see the product added up!

Step 5 – Remove a product

Removing a product is a click away! Simply click the remove button below the product you wish to remove and it will display a confirmation popup to let you know about the projected total. Once you confirm, the product remove button will show the updated status “removing..”  and the product will be removed and the system will reload the page. Please do not refresh the page while the system is removing a product and saving your changes.

Please note if you had a Free Product added to your subscription through one of the several amazing promotional deals that we offer time to time, you need to be careful to not let the subscription total go below the minimum order amount limit for that offer. If the new subscription total goes below the minimum order amount your free gift offer had at the time of subscription, the free product will be removed permanently.
