Description

Since we only sell premium steaks and roasts in our boxes, our ground beef is dry aged and is a combination of other quality roasts and other cuts not just left over trim. This gives our ground beef a superior taste compared to other ground beef. The fat content in our ground is mostly from fat already in the beef, as opposed to added fat and so there is very little fat that cooks off. They all come in one pound packages.

We offer these options:

  • Grass finished 85/15
  • Grain Finished 80/20
  • Grass finished Lean Ground 90/10

    Pretty lean around 90-93%. Cooked without much water release and is flavorful. I would purchase again.

    This is what you want! There’s hardly any to drain off. What a difference this quality of beef makes. I’ll never go back to store bought!

    Great Taste! My favorite way of cooking this is to make a 1/2 pound chopped steak on the grill. Perfect consistency and flavor. The flat packaging is very handy for preparing and storing in the freezer also.
