Description
Tri-tip is a flavorful boneless cut of beef from the bottom sirloin. It is also called ‘triangular’ roast because of its shape. You can cook tri-tip in a variety of ways, from grilling to oven roasting, or even pan-fried. This is roughly a 2-2.5 pound cut of meat.
Here is a really easy and super tasty tri-tip recipe: Rosemary Garlic Tri-Tip!
