What could be better than a delicious grass fed and finished T-bone steak on the grill?! The T-bone is cut from the short loin. It is, essentially, a “T”-shaped bone with meat on each side. You get both the strip loin and the tenderloin in one cut.

it was an alright cut but the bones were broken and there was a lot of broken bone chips in the steak so a little disappointing.

This was a big 1 lb steak and enough to feed two of us. Made the steak low and slow on the Traeger, and it turned out so juicy and tender. Since it fed two of us, the value for the good quality meat that you get is worth it. You can taste the freshness and difference from regular store bought beef. It might seem a little spendier, but it’s essentially $10/person since two can eat off of it. I would totally recommend this cut!
