If you love steak and you want to try a little bit of what we offer, this is for you! As always: grass fed and finished, hormone and antibiotic free. There is a total of Approximately 5.5 pounds of steaks in this box. Now also available in grain finished.

This box includes:

  • 1 Tenderloin
  • 1 Club steak (Bone-In NY)
  • 1 Rib steak
  • 3.5 lbs of mixed steaks ( could include london broil, skirt, flank, sirloin cap, chuckeye and others)

Our Grass Fed Beef is dry aged for 2 weeks.

Aged for 21 Days, Grain Finished Beef

  • Pasture raised
  • Zero antibiotics
  • Zero added hormones
  • Raised and Butchered here in the Pacific Northwest

120 day grain finish which gives our 100% angus beef superior marbling, close to prime or better. It is dry aged for 21 days, giving it extra tenderness and flavor.

All cattle were raised utilizing intensive grazing methods to increase soil health and create a sustainable ecology on our ranches. We are very proud of our animal husbandry utilizing low stress livestock handling techniques.     I just gave a 3-star review of Beef Tenderloin because it was so tough-too much sinew for tenderloin; disappointing for a high price paid. Tonight I thawed and carefully cooked a NY Steak from this sampler. It was very enjoyable! Rubbed with olive oil and spices. Seared 1.5 minutes each side high heat, then into 350F oven to reach 120F (insert t’meter longitudinally into the meat–from the end). This was so much better. The heavy fat strip on the side wasn’t edible (too tough), but my dog loved that part, and there was one section with sinew that was tough, but the rest was “solid” with good flavor. Really enjoyable. We all need to be eating grass-fed beef instead of corn-fed beef, as grass-fed is so much healthier, starting with the unsaturated fats. My only advice is to cut these a bit thicker. Kudos to OVF! Kenton, Woodland WA
