Aged for 21 Days, Grain Finished Beef
120 day grain finish which gives our 100% angus beef superior marbling, close to prime or better. It is dry aged for 21 days, giving it extra tenderness and flavor.

We have only tried the hamburger and the rib steaks so far. The burger has a wonderful taste. The rib steaks, unfortunately my husband left the grill and came back to flames, so they were burnt on one side, but we ate them anyway, I gotta tell you, even tho they were very, very well done (with charred tips) they were still tender and had an amazing taste. Can’t wait to try some that we don’t burn. lol.
