Skirt steak is a long, narrow cut from the plate section of the cow. It’s famous for its rich flavor and is perfect for grilling. (Don’t confuse it with flank steak — a similar but different cut located closer to the rear of the animal.)

Description

Skirt Steak is a long narrow cut of beef from the plate section. It is known for it’s flavor and is great for grilling. Don’t confuse this with flank steak, a generally similar adjacent cut nearer the animal’s rear quarter.

I particularly love this cut over riced cauliflower, salad, grilled veggies. It has the perfect flavor and is nice and tender!
