We would would have given 5 stars except for the fact we would like to be able to have the subscription Ground Beef Box come at intervals greater than 8 weeks, i.e. 12 weeks or 16 weeks. We tried to contact the customer service by both phone and email, we received no response. We understand that people are busy and things get overlooked and that perhaps our request is impossible to implement; but, we still would like to know if we could continue to receive the subscription Ground Beef Box on a different schedule. We are pleased with the beef and would like to continue without having to cancel and then re-subscribe repetitively in order to receive the ground beef on “our preferred schedule”. Again, should someone from OVF read this review, please contact us. Thank you.
