I have been roasting country style ribs for years and loved them. Having just tried my first batch of your ribs, I am blown away. They are a country mile (pun intended) ahead of of every other sourced meat I have tried, including all the big named supermarkets and even Costco. Definitely coming back for more.

I always thought I didn’t really care for pork, I would only eat bacon on a semi regular basis and have other cuts of pork a couple of times a year; I never considered myself a pork person. After trying the pork shoulder from OVF I was at a loss for words, all I could think was: If this is how pork should taste, then what have I been eating all these years? My husband who has always been indifferent towards pork ( other than bacon) asked when I’m ordering more as he devoured his portion on his plate. If you’re on the fence, try it! You have to taste it to believe it, It really is that amazing !
