Description
Basic carne asada, which literally means “meat roasted or grilled,” is made by cutting beef into thin strips and then grilling. Many different cuts of meat can be used, since the meat is traditionally well-done. Typically people will marinate their beef in a mix of onions, pepper, garlic, and lime juice, sometimes adding hot peppers as well. OR a dry rub is used with a mixture of spices, often including salt, pepper, and cumin.
Our beef is dry aged for 2 weeks.
Ships within 1-2 weeks of date of order
