Received my first beef subscription box on Wednesday, had the NY Strip steak for dinner last night, and cooked up 1# ground beef for dinner tonight. DELICIOUS! I’m so happy to have found a local farm with grass fed and grass finished beef! Today’s news also had another ground beef recall of an industrial meat distributor for e. coli, so I’m extra thankful to have beef from a small family farm.
