Description
Beef bacon is made from brisket and has amazing flavor! It is wider than pork bacon as you can see in the image. Ours is made with minimal ingredients: beef, salt, sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, nitrite.

We find the best way to cook this bacon (we do this with pork bacon as well, but find it makes an even bigger difference with beef bacon if you like yours to be at all crispy!) is in the oven on parchment paper. 425F for about 15 minutes seems to do it, but obviously it depends on how crispy you like your bacon!
Our beef is dry aged for 2 weeks.
