Just cooked this this mornin. My husband, who is surprisingly picky about bacon fat from store bought bacon, enjoyed it. It also crisped nicely without having to be overly cooked. I thought I was buying the “good brands” at the store but this showed me I was wrong. Kids loved it too and I was able to save grease for my cast irons and future cooking.
